Introductory live-service package: $199.00 for up to 2 hours. Includes open GrahamBalls and toppings service during the booked window, subject to confirmed guest count, venue conditions, and product prepared for the event. Extra time is $100.00 per additional hour.

A few plain-language notes for live service and larger catering orders, so expectations stay clear before we confirm the event.

  • Adding a Bar package or catering mix to your Bowl is a request, not a confirmed booking
  • Final timing, staffing, setup space, power access, and venue approval must be confirmed before service
  • Outdoor service, traffic, weather, venue restrictions, and access delays can affect setup and service timing
  • You are responsible for accurate event details and any venue permissions required for setup or delivery
  • Delivery windows are estimates, and 50+ miles or unusual routes require a custom quote before approval
  • We may adjust or decline service if venue conditions, safety, or event rules make service impractical
  • † “Open service” means guests may be served throughout the booked bar window. Service is not based on a preset per-guest count, but availability, pacing, and final setup depend on the confirmed guest count, venue access, staffing, weather, and product prepared for the event.

By sending a Bar or catering request, you agree that final event details, travel timing, and any special handling are subject to confirmation before the booking is accepted, and any card payment link is sent only after that review.
